The Humane Genome Project's Discovery Proves Mankind was
Scientifically Created. And there is no way it could naturely happen.

     The Adam and Eve method of Genetic Engineering is a way to add
new genes and get them on the same location on the four # 7
chromosomes in the first male and female. If only this was done the
new species could make babies with the donor species and the newly
added genes would get into the donor species.

     But the Human Genome Project compared our DNA to Chimpanzee DNA
and found that a large section of Chromosome # 5 has been flipped in
mankind making reproduction between us and Chimpanzees impossible
thereby preventing the new genes in us from getting into Chimpanzees.

     You have to get the new genes on the same locations on the 2,
for example chromosome # 7's, in the first male and the 2 chromosome
# 7's in the first female because of crossover. This insures that one
copy of each new gene will be on every # 7 chromosome in future
generations.

     The Adam and Eve method of genetic engineering is a 3 step improvement
over man's present way of doing genetic engineering on species that have
males and females.

Step 1: The goal is to get the new gene in the same exact location on
4 separate #7 chromosomes, 2 in the first male and 2 in the first
female. This is accomplished by adding the new gene to 1 chromosome
in a DNA sample of a male of the chosen species, because males have
all the chromosome types. Then after the first male is grown, a
sample (rib) of his DNA is rearranged through meiosis hormones, into
the configuration of a females.

Step 2: This improvement is the removal of the Hereditary disease causing
genes. This is important so as the siblings of the first generation
can reproduce. This is done by removing the bad and the good gene,
then replacing it by step 1.

Step 3: Whereas in step 1 only one segment of DNA, one gene or a few genes,
is added to 1 chromosome, X and Y excluded, in the creation of man
all the genetic changes were done at the same time. If there were
300-600 gene changes between chimpanzee and man, that would mean
12-25 per chromosome. Step 3 is adding new genes to multiple
chromosomes and multiple locations on the chromosome.
Adam and Eve were made by the Step 3 method, the first male
had 2 copies of the genes added to chromosomes 1 through 22 from
his start. (# GEN 2:7 1:26-27; Man = baby at # GEN 2:7 and # GEN 4:1)

     Interview started 11:06pm, MAY 7, 1998 by Art Bell

11:51pm -start of quotes-

Robert Dean answered and said,

     You understand that this was a military study and it was a
specifically designed study, Art, for 3 years. When they designed it in
1961 and began this thing it was called "An Assessment" and it had a sub-
title of "An Evaluation of a Possible Military Threat to Allied Forces in
Europe". And they published it and finished it in 1964. And they concluded
basicly, that,

1. The planet and the human race 
   has apparently been under somekind of survey or study of somekind, 
   by what appeared to be extraterrestrial civilizations.

2. It appeared to have been going on for a very, very long time.

     And one of the other conclusions was there was several different
groups involved and when I left SHAPE in 1967, we knew of at least 4 of
them, 4 different groups.

Art said,

     Boey, that backs up what alot of people say.

     So in 1967 we were certain of, basicly certain of about four, when I
retired in 1976 in the army, we knew generally of about a dozen of them.
God knows, Art, there could be over a hundred of them now. I mean, who
knows? I've concluded over the years of my research that we're probably
dealing with literally hundreds if not thousands of cultures and
civilizations out there.

Art asked Robert Dean and said,

     Well then here is a critical question, one I want to know. And that
is, of the ones that you knew about then, was there any conclusion with
referrence to their motive or their relative friendlyness or antagonizem
toward us?

Robert Dean answered and said,

     In the SHAPE study, they concluded that these guys were apparently
not malevolent or hostile. Because the evidence that had been demenstated
to us repeatedly in the skies over Europe and on the ground, is that, if
these guys had been hostile or malevolent, that the game would have been
up a hell of a long time ago.

Art said,

     So they are or were observers.

Robert continues,

     So they were apparently studying us for some purpose. And the SHAPE
study even reached that conclusion, that some kind of a process or a
program was under way. Now they didn't know what it was in 1964. But they
could see that the evidence led to that conclusion. That something was
under developement. Because they could see the thing process, they could
see it develope over the course of the 3 years they studied it. And part
of the SHAPE study was an incredibly accurate historical overview going
back, literally hundreds of years. And the evidence, Art, when you really
start looking at it, it's there!

Art said,

     Then and in the years in between and even now, Robert, we keep
getting reports of these UFOs hovering near or above areas where we
believe, of course we never know for sure, but we believe there are
nuclear assets. The most recent one, was the state of Washington about a
week ago. Now, it would make sense to me, that they would be extremely and
naturally interested in our nuclear capibility and intentions.

Robert answered and said,

     Art they've been demenstating deep interest in our nuclear capibility
at least back till 1981, when Reagan was in office. We had an event that
happened in Mynot, North Dacota, at a Nuclear Intercontenental Balistic
Minute-Man Silo and that really shook things up. The lights burned all the
time in the Pentagon for about 6 weeks.

Art said,

     They actually shut down a number of missiles.

Robert continues,

     What they did, they lifted the lid off of one of the silos and they
scambled the guidence system and they melted the warhead. (PAGE 109) And if
you think that was not exciting they did the same dam thing to the
Russians, outside of Vladivostok.

Art ever more interested said,

     Let's stick with one at a time. Cause you just gave me new
information. I had heard that some missiles were shut down, I never heard
that guidence systems were messed with and warheads melted down.

Robert Dean said,

     When they got inside, they found that the guidence system, which was
the pre-computerized system with pre-targetting, had been scrambled in
such a way that if the dam missile had ever left the silo, God knows where
it would have gone! And then when they further took the nose-cone off,
they found that the uranium-plutonium trigger warhead was literally
melted, it would never have exploded.

Art said,

     Are you sure about this?

Robert Dean said,

     Yes, I am sure. I have talked to people that were there, Art, guys
who are willing to come up and testify.

Art said,

     You have people that are willing to testify to that?

Robert Dean said,

     "That's right! And that's only one case, that's one case that I am
definately aware of. And there has been several others."

"After the comercial break"

Art said to Robert,

     Let's do this again. The incident where a warhead was actually
melted, where was this and when?

Robert Dean said,

     "Art, it happened in November of 1981 at Mynot, North Dacoda, a few
miles outside of the city. Where there was an entire complex of Minute Man
intercontenental balistic missile silos and they put them all around a
central control point. Now each one of these Minute Man Silos at that time
had a 10 megaton warhead and it was all pre-programed and pre-guided by
computer. And all they had to do was launch the dam thing and it would go
to the target that had been selected."

Art said,

     "So what exactly ocurred?"

Robert Dean said,

     "What happened was the alarms went off about 1:30 or 2 o'clock in the
morning. And the emergency security team was alerted and they went out to
the site, because they thought there had been a break-in. Now, these
things are completely sealed with 10 or 12 foot barbed wire fences and
such. And the indication was that someone had broken into the system.
      When they got there, Art, It was a bit of a shock, because when they
arrived the dam thing was still hovering over the silo. And the lieutenant
colonel that was in charge of the security team, lost control of a few of
his young kids and they started shooting at the dam thing. They could hear
M-16s ricocheting off of this thing and it sat there for a few minutes,
just I think long enough, to get their attention. And then it drifted off
and then departed at a high rate of speed.
      When they got over to the silo itself, they found the 20 ton door,
which is on railroad tracks, and is run by hydraulics and steam and
whatever. The thing had been lifted off Art, like a box of cookies, and
set about 30 feet off to the side. This thing had been lifted off the
tracks, the silo was open.
      So they immediately called emergency and they got technicians from
the repair site out there on the seen. They got into the missile and they
found not only had this computer guidence been scrambled completely, but
the dam warhead itself had been melted. Now, this is a missile with a 10
megaton warhead that uses a nuclear warhead to trigger the thermonuclear
warhead. So, there was a uranium-plutonium system in there and the dam
thing had been melted solidly. And this really shook guys up at that
famous strange shaped building on the Potomic. I mean lights burned for
weeks after that. And this was during Reagan's first term.

Art asks Robert saying,

     Well, you may recall 5 times, I believe, during Ronald Reagan's tour
as president, he indicated that we may well have to have a defence system
to protect earth against, ah, somebody from space.

Robert said,

     "He mentioned it several times. So did Gorbechev."

Art said,

     Now, the story you have just told is pretty incredible, a melted
thermo-nuclear warhead, the 20 ton cover lifted like a cookie, you said.
And I were to say, How can you prove this?

Robert Dean,(intermitant quoteing)

     "I have some first hand testamony from at least 3 other guys that
were on the seen. One of those was one of the officers who is willing to
testify in congress."
     "Two of them were inlisted men, one was an NCO, and the other was an
officer. And the officer is willing to testify in congress at an open
hearing. Listen this story is not that unusual, these things have
happened."
